The location

Decor struggles between romantic and funky, neither side has won, so the atmosphere is far from relaxing. A black bed, black furniture, a small black room without adequate seating for two and not a single drawer does not make a suite, but a nightmare. Since people were passing outside our windows, we had to close curtains and block the view for a bit a privacy. When we asked to change rooms to get at least the promised wifi connection, we were told that the owners also didn't know in which rooms wifi worked and where not. The information about the place says something else. We were offered to work in the public spaces. All this for the price of a suite. When we left prematurely we were not offered a refund and the owner said he did not mind some suggestions for improvement but he did not want to hear anything negative. Some management.

Very nice location and good breakfast with a view over the lake

Rather small room. Very strict non- smoking policy, even not on your own outside terrace/ balcony. Actually better described as a b&b rather than a hotel, since no facilities after breakfast. All in all price too high for the quality offered.

Could be clearer regarding parking restrictions.
